How Can We Help?

TitleTopic Storage

There are three places a TitleTopic can be stored

Content Calendar: Scheduled ideas

This is the place you go to see what’s up next & what’s done. All TitleTopics saved WITH a date (in the TitleTopic Settings, when you first create the TitleTopic) will show up on your Calendar. (Your Content Calendar shows a specific blogject — whatever you login using over on the left, orange login section), but in the stats here we show ALL TitleTopics that are in ALL blogjects, on ALL Calendars. Coz, you know, {in best yoda voice} “More impressive it is!”)

Idea Vault: Stores fresh, new, unused ideas

Use your Idea Vault to save future possible ideas. All TitleTopics saved without a date hang out in your private vault. There it will stay, waiting… itching… DYING to be given a Content Calendar date so it can get in the Content Marketing game. 🙂

TO ADD to IDEA VAULT: Use Brainstorm Boards, Idea Generator or Quick Idea to make a new TitleTopic, skip “Add to Content Calendar” and SAVE Settings without a Calendar Date.
TO USE a STORED IDEA: Go to your Idea Vault, EDIT any TitleTopic, “Add to Content Calendar” and SAVE Settings. It’ll be moved to your Content Calendar.

Cold Storage: Previously used TitleTopics

Once you’re done with an idea, mark it as “Published” and it’ll be sent to Cold Storage to chill. Moving a TitleTopic to Cold Storage stops Deadline Buddy Alerts and keeps your Up Next lists clear of stuff that’s done (so it won’t show “Overdue” items), but keeps ideas around in case you want to recycle ’em later. (But don’t worry; the TitleTopics will still show on your Content Cal – so you can still see that oh-so-satisfying green check and keep track of how much you’ve done).

TO MOVE to COLD STORAGE: Load the TitleTopic (from any List or Content Calendar), EDIT Settings & change STATUS to “Published”
TO USE a CHILLIN’ IDEA: Go to Cold Storage, click the TitleTopic to LOAD, then change the Calendar Date and SAVE Settings. It’ll be moved on your Content Calendar.
