TitleTopic Settings

The TitleTopic settings editor allows you to manage all of the details of the TitleTopic. After brainstorming your TitleTopic you will be brought directly to the Settings editor. After you have created a TitleTopic you can access its settings from any where you are working with the TitleTopic: the Content Calendar, “Coming Up Next” and ‘Recent Activity” lists on the dashboard, Goal Tracker Calendar, Writing Roadmap, the Idea Vault, and Cold Storage.

In the Setting Editor you can manage the following details:

Edited TitleTopic

Here you can fine tune your Title to get the wording just the way you want it. There is a 120 character limit to your TitleTopics and remember, Quotation Marks are not allowed in your titles.

Schedule

Select “Add to Content Calendar” if you would like to select a date that you would like to publish this post on your blog. Click in the date field to bring up a calendar selector to pick your date. You can take a look at the reference calendar to see the dates of other TitleTopics already scheduled on your calendar.

Adding Team Members or Clients

If you would like to assign this TitleTopic to one of your team members, check “Team Members” and then check the team members you wish to assign to this TitleTopic.

If you are working with Clients and would like to assign this TitleTopic to one of them, check “Clents” and check the client to assign.

You can manage team members and clients in your account settings.

Options

You can assign the following options to your TitleTopic:

Goal Trackers

Here you can set the Who, What, and Why goals for your TitleTopic. To learn more about Goals and the Goal Tracker, you can read about it all here.

If you brainstormed your TitleTopic with the Idea Generator, your goals will already be assigned. If you created your TitleTopic via the library, Its a Date! calendar,  or as a quick original idea, you can add in your goals if you wish.

Add to Socials

Here you can assign this TitleTopic to any of your social media channels. You can use this to indicate the channel this TitleTopic is intended for or alternatively which social media channels you may want to use to promote this content. Simply check the channels you wish to assign and you will see them displayed as reference in your Content Calendar and Writing Roadmap.

Deadline Buddy

Use deadline Buddy to keep you on schedule with friendly reminders to write and publish your content.

Delivery: Select how you would like to receive your reminders (email, SMS, or both). Provide your email address and/or the phone number to receive your reminders.

Frequency: Select whether you would like to be reminded to write and publish you post. You an select any of the following:  2 days before, 1 day before, or the day of your TitleTopic scheduled date.

Alerts: Select if you would like to receive reminders if you miss your date: Light (on the day of the deadline), Medium (for 3 days after deadline or until you mark the TitleTopic “Published” whichever comes first), Strong (every day until the TitleTopic is marked “Published”

Notes, Links: Select if you would like to add any notes, ideas, or reference links to use later during the outlining and writing process.
Email: You can share the details of this TitleTopic to anyone via email, Simple add and email address and when you Save an email will be sent.
Status:

Once you have published your content on your blog, you can set its status in Bloggin’ ninja to “Published” and add a link to the post if you wish. After setting status to “Published” your TitleTopic will display a green checkmark in calendar views and will also be listed in your cold storage vault.
