So once your subscription has been charged, we do not offer refunds. Since you’ve had time to use everything the Ninja has to offer, we figure by the time day 31 rolls around and you haven’t canceled, you wanted to keep using it.

However, if you’re not totally happy with your Ninja experience and feel you have some extenuating circumstance that warrants an exception, you can always submit a refund request here.
